Due to COVID-19, please be advised that courier companies have raised their shipping costs due to additional safety precautions. This will also result in delivery delays and limit of coverage to certain countries. Sorry for the inconvenience. 

Terms of Service

• Goods are shipped from Malaysia via air mail with tracking.  It may take between 10-40 working days depending on your location. Additional charges may apply if you require priority shipping, don't hesitate to contact me about it.

• All sales are final. Each item is carefully inspected before packaged in protective wrapping for delivery, therefore no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted. 

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I will cover the expenses of delivery on my end. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

• Buyers must provide clear address for delivery. I'm unfamiliar with address formats in each country so please be clear with your postcode and country when you order. Unclear or mistakes in details may result in delays or your package going missing.

• I ship worldwide except to the following addresses: 

Russia
Brazil / Latin America

This is due to the countries' laws and restrictions regarding the shipment of printed material/books and the themes of my works. If you still wish to purchase from these addresses, please be advised that I will not be held responsible if the package turns out damaged or missing.
